We DO NOT take pre-payments, as we prefer to get the job done before accepting payment of any kind. Only under special circumstances will we make exceptions. 

Our typical response time is around 30 minutes or less. Many times, we are there within a couple minutes, but response times could be as long as 45 minutes to 60 minutes. But it will never be more than that as we do not pile on calls on our technicians. 

We do not tow vehicles. We only provide super fast and affordable roadside assistance services such as flat tire / spare tire change, jump start / dead battery boost, keys locked in vehicle / vehicle lockout, out of fuel replenishment delivery, and emergency electric vehicle charging services in all of Houston, TX and Harris County areas.

But, we do have some great companies we can recommend to get your vehicle where it needs to go. Just ask!

If you have Roadside Assistance insurance, then you must contact your insurance company and have them dispatch one of their providers to you. They may even contact us, but that is no guarantee at all. 

Or, you can use our very quick and affordable service and submit for a reimbursement to your insurance company to get your refunded. We will provide you with a digital receipt you can print or email to them as proof of service and cost. 

Indeed, we do have liability insurance to protect you and your vehicle from any possible damages. We have a $1,000,000 policy that goes way beyond what most companies have by far.

We have never received any claim to date, because we use only the latest and safest equipment available to ensure no damages happen, as well as our highly trained technicians who can do some of the most wonderous things without blinking and eye!

At this time, we do not sell tires or batteries. We are exploring options at this time, but have not found the right fit for our operations, one that will allow us to deliver a superior product, along with our superior services. We will make an announcement once we have made progress. 

NexGen emergency roadside services provides assistance for changing the wheel and tire with your inflated spare. If you don't have a spare, our certified dispatch agents will advise you of nearby companies who sell spare tires. If you need a tow truck at this time, we can give you valuable references for affordable towing by certified and trained towing companies. However, if you are able to have someone bring you a correct spare that will fit your vehicle, we can certainly go forward with changing the tire out for you once it arrives.

Please Note: NexGen ERS cannot cover the cost of a new spare tire or the labor associated with tire balancing, rotation, or alignment*

On top of the service fee for Out of Fuel delivery, NexGen emergency roadside services will only charge you for the amount we put in your vehicle. The typical amount of fuel we deliver is Tow (2) Gallons. This is more than enough to get you back on the road and for you to go to a preferred fuel location of your choice to fill up completely.

We will present you with a receipt showing the cost of that fuel we just purchased. You are only responsible for that exact amount, nothing more. 

NexGen ERS does not make or clone keys, nor do we program key fobs. However, we do have a comprehensive list of service technicians from companies that will provide this service at a very affordable price. Ask and you shall receive the contact information! 

Yes, we are always on the lookout for excellent candidates as a roadside service technician. But beware, we have a rather comprehensive background check, qualification assurances, technical knowledge tests written and hands on, and customer experience training before you can get in the field as one our technicians. To start off with, lets talk about the time it takes a tow truck to get to you. A tow truck can do what is needed, but they may take quite awhile to get to you. They may priorities higher paying towed vehicles before they get to your needs. Also, we are in Houston, TX, an accident around every corner, which the tow truck always priorities on.

Now let's talk about pricing. Most towing companies will not touch anything that is not $75 or even more, depending on distance, what their schedule looks like, or the chance they may lose out on a higher paying tow if they decide to help you. 

The reality is that we ONLY service roadside assistance services, we do not, and will not offer towing. Our Mission is to provide only superior roadside assistance services, such as flat tire / spare tire change, jump start / dead battery boost, keys locked in vehicle / vehicle lockout, out of fuel replenishment delivery, and emergency electric vehicle charging services. We cannot guarantee that if we are busy dealing with towing vehicles as well, because that would always be the priority.

Besides, the truth is, when we can get you back on the road, whatever the reason is, we have saved our customers a great deal of time waiting on that service, a great deal of money that would have been spent on towing, and even more than anything, we save you a great deal of frustration. 

All Major Highways in the City of Houston and Harris County have a spectacular program called Tow and Go. They will remove your vehicle to the next safest exit for FREE! These towing companies are contracted to provide this valuable service.

DO NOT STAY ON ANY MAJOR FREEWAY FOR ANY LENGTH OF TIME!

It is crucial to get you away from these dangerous spots. We can still get to you and will provide any service you have requested, but it is best to make a call and get off the freeway.
