NexGen ERS History

NexGen Emergency Roadside Services (ERS) started like many other companies have for generations of Texans. The President/Owner, Jess Horton has over 30 years experience in the roadside assistance industry as an owner, manager, and as a roadside assistance technician. He is one of the Founders, and past President, of Southwest Tow Operators, the State of Texas Towing and Storage Association.

He found that customers had to wait very long periods for emergency roadside services, such as lockouts, out of fuel deliveries, jump starts / dead battery boosts, and flat tire / spare tire changes, as well as the overbearing prices being charged for a fast and swift service to get them back on the road again safely.

To remedy this problem, he created NexGen Emergency Roadside Service (ERS) to deliver a superior service, with trained and courteous technicians, and knowledgeable dispatcher system that insured that every customer would receive exactly that.

Today, NexGen ERS services all of Bryan, College Station, Greater Brazos Valley, TX areas, as well as all surrounding areas, such as Navasota, Hempstead, Prairie View, Waller, and all surrounding areas.
