Vision
NexGen ERS has one main priority, over all others. When NexGen Emergency Roadside Services was created, the priority was, and still is, to expedite every service call so that the customer is back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. That has not changed, and it will never change.
Insurance companies try their best to get customers serviced as soon as possible, but the reality is that their service providers are either very slow, or they take on way too many calls, more than they can manage in the time frames needed to get the customer quickly back on the road. This has been a huge problem for some time now.
To remedy this problem with our customers, NexGen ERS envisioned creating a system that only allows each of our technicians to have one job at a time, with only their next job in queue. This forces our technicians to concentrate on their current customer in a timely manner, and still move on the next customer swiftly. Our vision of limiting queue build up gets our customer on the road quickly, ADN in the time period they were promised.
NexGen is always seeking, always empowering our employees, to create and even faster, safer, and courteous ways to improve our already superior system. When it comes to jump start / dead battery boost, flat tire / spare tire change, lockout, keys locked in vehicle, fuel delivery, out of fuel replenishment, and now emergency electric vehicle charging, no company can deliver like NexGen ERS.
